Forming

A process of applying force against raw materials to bend it into shape. We have an Amada CNC Press Brakes that uses Hydraulics for a down-acting system that delivers superior accuracy for bending metal. We are capable of bending ¼” thk metal X 12’ long @ 90° on a straight. Our plate rollers are a four-roll system technology which gives a pre-bend capability and can roll 1.1 times top roll diameter of 9”. This is great for rolling cylinders for tanks and troughs. We are able to roll ¼” thk metal X 10’ long 360° X 8’ Diameter.

We can use a graphic system to piece sections by forming and welding seams which when combined helps meet the needs for larger fabrication. We have what it takes to form, bend, and roll to our customers’ designs and specifications.
